Account Deletion

Delete your AceSlice account

You can also do this in-app: Settings → Delete Account. This page is the web alternative if you can't access the app.

Deleted immediately

  • Your profile, photos, and login credentials
  • Chat history and messages
  • Match records, bookings, and lesson requests
  • Reviews, friend requests, and active-session records
  • Locally cached data on your devices

Retained for legal compliance

  • Anonymised transaction and audit logs, where required by law
  • Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be traced back to you
  • Content another user's own record depends on (e.g. a review they received from you) is anonymised, not deleted, so their history stays intact

Request deletion

We verify every request before deleting anything — you'll get a confirmation email either way.

Must match the email on your AceSlice account.

Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request. This is processed under GDPR Art. 17 (Right to Erasure) and KVKK Art. 7 (Deletion of Personal Data). See our Privacy Policy for details.
